• Account information: Email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Project data: Project memories, session metadata, checkpoint questions and responses, tasks, and mailbox messages that you store through the Service.
• Usage data: Basic server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and endpoint usage for security and operational purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Agent Brain service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Deliver checkpoint notifications and session coordination
• Monitor and improve service reliability and performance

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and row-level security policies in the database.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, database)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or correct your account information at any time.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export: Export your project memories and session data via the API.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or via email.
